Core Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to ensure best clinical practices and high-quality care
• Foster a positive hospital culture through active feedback and managed accountability
• Guide the team in delivering exceptional client experiences
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive growth and improvement
• Mentor and develop Associate DVMs and clinical staff

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed veterinarian in Arizona with 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills and sound medical judgment
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for mentoring and developing team members
• Prior Medical Director experience preferred
